Your learning account.

FESCO uses your email to verify access and provide account service. It stores membership status, payment references, recorded subscription consent, learning progress, knowledge-check answers and saved lessons. Payment card details are handled by Stripe.

Security records support fraud prevention, troubleshooting and reliable billing reconciliation. Account access uses an essential secure session cookie. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing email.

We retain learning history when access ends so you can return to it. Historical purchase and payment records are preserved as needed for existing obligations. Contact info@fescousa.com for questions about access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained.

Read-aloud uses device/browser voice functionality if you choose it. Device providers may process speech under their own policies. Protected lessons require internet access and are not cached for offline use.
