Prepare a clear enrollment plan for multiple technicians

Who this page is for

Organize multiple technician enrollments with a clear plan for people, courses and payment. Prepare a person-by-person list before purchasing. Identify the role and intended subject for each technician, then confirm individual email access. Where the company pays, coordinate the arrangement with FESCO rather than assuming the payer’s address should become the login for an entire team.

The company planning problem

A company payer and several learners can be confused, leading to duplicate entries, unsuitable course assignments or assumed shared access.

A practical planning example

Illustrative scenario: A buyer combines lists from two supervisors and finds repeated names plus different course requests for the same person. The buyer resolves those entries, checks responsibilities and asks FESCO how payment should be organized. No shared account or automatic group discount is assumed.

Match subjects to responsibilities

Organize the company enrollment

  1. Create a list with each learner’s name, individual email, role and intended program.
  2. Resolve duplicates and confirm that every subject fits an actual responsibility.
  3. Send the proposed arrangement to info@fescousa.com before making a company payment when coordination is needed.
  4. Have each learner use their own email code and track their individual completion.
  5. Handle participant changes with FESCO rather than passing an account to someone else; keep practical checks separate.

Each learner needs an individual enrollment and access to the email address associated with that enrollment. After payment is verified and enrollment is created, the learner requests a one-time access code sent by email. Each new login requires a new code, including for returning students. An authenticated session gives access only to courses for which that learner has a valid enrollment.

If the company will pay for several people, contact info@fescousa.com before purchasing to coordinate the payer and individual learner details. Do not assume one purchase enrolls a department, a shared company account is available, or bulk checkout is automatic. Each person studies and takes the exam under their own enrollment.

Confirm the language of the materials, course, examination, support and Certificate of Completion before purchase. This English page does not establish availability of translated delivery.

Prepare a practical or onsite inquiry

An appropriately sized group may inquire about separately arranged practical or onsite training, subject to scope, location, equipment, scheduling, travel, feasibility and quotation. Instructor, equipment and venue availability must be confirmed. Online enrollment does not include practical instruction.

For a group practical request, add proposed participant numbers, experience, location, equipment, preferred timing and tasks to observe. These details help assess a quotation; they do not establish a numeric minimum, availability or pricing commitment.

Send group inquiries to info@fescousa.com with proposed participant roles and numbers, location, equipment, preferred timing and the tasks you want to address. FESCO must assess the request before arrangements or pricing can be confirmed.

Completion and actual work

FESCO awards a Certificate of Completion. Training does not replace the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), licensing, permits, inspections, or local requirements. Employers and technicians remain responsible for actual work, safety, supervision, and compliance.

Online completion does not by itself demonstrate hands-on competence.

Questions company buyers ask

Should the purchasing department’s email be used for everyone?

Do not assume that arrangement. Coordinate payer and individual learner details with FESCO before purchase; learner access is individual.

What if the proposed participant changes?

Contact FESCO to confirm the appropriate arrangement. Do not share or transfer a learner’s login and assume the new person is enrolled.
